The Emergency First Aid at Work course is divided into three main parts:
Part 1: Theoretical knowledge – delivered via e-learning. Prior to attending the training venue, you will receive a link to the Highfield e-learning modules, which you will need to complete individually.
Navigate through the e-learning materials and immerse yourself in the real-life scenarios provided.
At the end of the e-learning course, your understanding will be evaluated through a set of multiple-choice questions.
Part 2: Practical activities – the practical content of the qualification will be delivered and assessed in person at the training centre.
Part 3: Multiple-choice examination.

All candidates must be 14+ years of age.
In order to complete the e-learning, candidates will need access to the internet, tablet, PC or laptop.
This qualification is assessed in two ways:
Theoretical Assessment – E-assessment: Learners will need to respond to a set of questions and achieve a passing score in each element of the theoretical assessment. Results will be available immeditaly after the e-assessment. Upon successfully completing the Emergency First Aid qualification, you will receive an e-certificate.
Practical Assessment: The practical assessment takes place continuously during the course. Throughout this evaluation, learners are expected to demonstrate their capability in providing appropriate assistance to a casualty, managing the situation effectively, and seeking the necessary aid when required.
